Highlights:
The Ferris Saxons moved their league record to 5-3 with a dramatic come from behind win Tuesday at Thacker Field.  Drew Sharkey scored Cole Pickert from third in the bottom of the 7th with a line drive hit to right center.  Cole had opened the bottom of the 7th with a lead off walk.  He then advanced to third on Wes Kopp's sacrifice bunt.  With runners on 1st and 3rd Drew hit the first pitch he saw to right center to end the game.  Ryan Kirkpatrick had a big night at the plate to lead the offense.  He had two hits, two stolen bases, and three rbi.  Gabe Jensen started on the mound and went four innings allowing three runs to score.  Drew Sharkey went two innings and didn't allow a run.  Wes Kopp pitched the 7th and allowed one run to make the score 4-4 going into the bottom of the 7th and set the stage for the dramatic bottom half of the inning.  The defense had only one error in the game.

Highlights:
The Saxons continued their winning ways on Wednesday with a 14 to 7 beat down of Lewis & Clark at Hart Field.  Dillon Hashimoto went 6 innings and picked up the win.  Wes Kopp came in to finish the 7th for the second night in a row.  The offensive stars were Cole Pickert who had 5 rbi for the night.  Three of those coming on a bases loaded triple.  Chris Beaulaurier had three hits and hit one of the top of the fence for a double.  The win moves the Saxons record to 6-3 in league.  The team will have some needed days off and will play next on July 2.
